At Vivere, we want you to love your fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
